Refund Policy

At Elysian, we value your time and the time of our service providers. Our scheduling is designed to accommodate all clients, and we appreciate your cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. 

 

Notice Period:

• We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

• This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. 

 

Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-shows (missing your appointment without any prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• Fees will be applied to the credit card on file or billed to you directly. 

 

Exceptions:

• We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are feeling unwell (fever, infection, vomiting, or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment), please notify us as soon as possible, and we will waive the cancellation fee.

• We may also consider other extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
